Halloween 2011

Here it is, Halloween in all its glory :) As always, I had fun making the kids' costumes ( I actually bought, and then embellished Ethan's). And just like last year, we got together with the Hone cousins to trick or treat to all the businesses in town. It gets crazy busy, but it's also tons of fun. Practically the whole town comes out for it, and it's quite fun to see the streets and sidewalks packed with costumed people of all ages. I probably should have gotten a picture of that, but maybe next year, right? :)

Matthew as Harry Potter

Ethan as Darth Vader (his Grandma Hatch made his awesome gloves!)

Justin as a pirate (third variation on this theme over the years :) )

Natalie as a fairy

The hamburger place in town gave out ice cream cones. Sweet!

After the business trick or treating, we came home and ate mini mummy pizzas (again, probably should have taken a picture) and then hit the neighborhood for some more trick or treating. One of the houses had turned their front porch into a spook alley and gave out glow bracelets to those who went through it. All the boys went through and were pretty proud of themselves for being so brave. :) Halloween rocks!
